The use of this website and app is subject to the following terms of service:

Account Registration; Account Use
  • If you create an account with I Do ("User Account") and submit that information to us, you must ensure that such information is accurate.
  • Accounts are private. You may not use or sell your account at any time.
  • You are entirely responsible for the security of your password and account. You are entirely respnsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
Service Changes
  • We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to change, add or discontinue the I Do service at any time and for any reason, and without notice or liability to You. We reserve the right to change any pricing for services or purchases at any time.
  • The I Do Wedding App is owned and operated by Capital6Games Ltd.
  • The I Do App, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, including the mobile device applications, and all other elements of the I Do Wedding App Service (collectively, the “Materials”) are protected by United Kingdom copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property and proprietary rights, and applicable laws. All Materials contained in the I Do Wedding App Service are the property of Capital6Games Ltd or its subsidiaries or affiliated companies and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the I Do Wedding App Service are proprietary to I Do or its affiliates and/or third-party licensors. Except as expressly authorized by I Do under this Agreement, You agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials.
Use; Rules; Prohibited Conduct
  • We may delete content and we may ban/remove your account. I Do can request that you delete, or I Do may delete, any user content at any time and for any reason. Any violation of the guidelines by your content, as determined by I Do, may result in your account being banned or removed.
  • You understand and acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding prohibited conduct and uses:
  • You will NOT include offensive or pornographic material.
  • You will NOT use I Do for any commercial or non-private use, such as the sale or advertisement of goods or services.
  • You will NOT circumvent, disable or damage security related features of I Do.
  • You will NOT attempt to gain unauthorised access to I Do services, or any part of it, other accounts, computers systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means.
  • You will NOT interfere with anyones ability to use the I Do service.
  • We are based in the United Kingdom. Access to the website may not be legal by certain people in certain locations. If you access I Do outside of the United Kingdom you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance of local laws.
  • Certain services, such as Premium Upgrade, are only available through the payment of a fee ("Premium Service"). You will access to such Premium Service for the life of the account.
  • Purchases. We reserve the right to correct errors or to update information at any time without notice. We may grant or deny cancellation requests for individual orders in Our sole and absolute discretion. All sales are final.
Account Life
  • The "Account Life" refers to the duration a wedding can exist for. Weddings will be eligable for deletion if there has been no activity for 365 days or a duration of 365 days has passed since the original wedding date entered by you, the user.
  • Attempts will be made by us to contact the owner of the wedding 1 month prior to any deletion.
  • An extension to a weddings life can be made through the payment of a fee ("Wedding Extension"). This will extend the wedding for an additional 365 days.
  • You understand that some of the I Do services may only be accessed by downloading the I Do software on to your mobile device.
  • I Do does not control the content of any users accounts. I Do has the right, but does not have any obligation, to monitor such content for any purpose.
  • You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any and all content that you provide to I Do.
Third Party Sites, Products and Services
  • I Do may include links to other websites, whether through advertising or otherwise, solely as a convenience to users. I Do does not endorse any such site or the information contained on other sites. You should always check the terms of user poated on Third-Party websites.
  • By your use of third-party applications that connect with I Do, you acknowledge and agree that I Do may transmit user content to third-party websites or thrid-party application through application protocol interfaces developed and maintained by those third-party websites or applications.
  • We use a thrid party printing company, Pwinty Ltd, to process all photographic orders.
  • Print orders are done on a per user basis and to the users own preferences, because of this all prints orders are non-refundable unless due to a printing error.
  • Print orders are shipped according to the user registered PayPal address.
  • We are happy to review all cases where a user is unhappy with our product. We will not offer refunds based on connectivity issues unless the problem is with us, I Do. Please contact with any issues.
